Description
The Swiss Galopper Long Gaiter offers additional protection for sensitive horses, those with low quarters or weak pasterns. Protects the heel area and pastern. Can help with the fit of the boots in some cases.
Manufactured with a 6mm neoprene and coated on both sides with lasting nylon jersey. Assembled with Velcro straps to mount directly into the heel protector. The Long Gaiter also fastens with Velcro around the front of the pastern. In rare cases it is possible that a longer fetlock strap may be required when using the gaiter.
We recommend sizing up if your horse has a large pastern/heel bulb area.
