This is the second time we have used The Hoof Bootique for Scoot Boot fitting kits. What a brilliant service, I would not buy hoof boots without trying them for size first, my measurements, no matter how carefully I take them are always slightly out! We have one pair of Scoot Boots for our Welsh pony already, so when our Connemara pony kept pulling shoes this winter we knew that we should try Scoot Boots, the first fitting kit was too big, so I returned them and requested a second smaller size kit. The turn around was quick. The second kit a much better size, I have now ordered a size 2 Slim from the Hoof Bootique. Thank you for a fantastic service, I highly recommend this service.
I have decided to purchase scoot boots for my pony; however, I have never used scoot boots so was not sure about fitting and sizing. I have contacted Liz, at Hoof Bootique as I have already made other purchase there and I was very happy with the service and the other product. After my initial email, I got a reply and advise from Liz, via email very quickly. I was advised to get a fit kit, which was delivered promptly. It was the best advise ever as without the fit kit (purely based on the hooves measurements) I would get wrong scoot boots. Liz is brilliant, so helpful and thus I can highly recommend her services. And the fit kit – it is worth every penny! Five-star service and five-star product!
Three sizes of hoof boot were sent and these were really useful for sizing my ponys feet. Also my trimmer could check the fit as well so I was very pleased with the whole thing.
really pleased with the fit kit which allowed me to purchase the correct size boot. would totally recommend looking at the fit videos, use the fit kit and then you get the correct boot. My horse stepped out in them without batting an eyelid and they are silent when he walks and no rubbing that I can see. He looks comfortable and confident in them.
Hoof Boutique are the best. I did my measurements, ordered 2 sizes, was sure I got my measurement correct. Both are too big, I've just asked for another 2 sizes down and they are in the post - just an admin fee. Excellent service, really suprised me. I will be buying my boots from them once I know the size!
