We are sorry we cannot offer consultations over the phone, but we are happy to help via email.

We will endeavour to respond to hoof boot and product enquiries within 48 hours but it may take us longer during busy periods. Please be reassured we will reply to every enquiry, and as soon as we possibly can. Our office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Please note we are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays. Many thanks for your patience. 

Delivery, Order Support and Returns:

If you have a query about an order that you have recently placed, or need to return an order, please fill in the form below or email us on admin@hoofbootique.co.uk.

Alternatively, you can log into your Hoof Bootique Account, go to “Your Account” and then “Messages” and send us a message that way.
